OuR STORY.

Mālama ʻia ke kahua o ka ʻike i mea e laha ai i ka waihona paʻa no nā mamo e hiki mai ana.

Uphold the foundation of knowledge so that it may be a secure reservoir for the generations to come.

Mana Ka ʻIke A Bruce ʻOhana Foundation traces back to a vision deeply rooted in our familial heritage – a vision to extend gratitude to those who have selflessly contributed their knowledge, time, and aloha for the benefit of future generations. Inspired by the resilience, wisdom, and compassionate regard for one another exhibited in the stories of our ancestors, we envisioned an organization that not only pays homage to our past but also paves the way for a brighter future.

Guided by this vision, we embarked on a journey to establish a foundation that serves as a bridge connecting the past, present, and future. Our foundation rests on the values of kuleana, kākou, poʻokela, pono pauʻole, and hoʻomau.

We aspire to perpetuate this foundational concept, providing future generations with the framework to build their own legacies. In our pursuit of creating a legacy that honors our ancestry while positively impacting future generations, we recognize that true legacy lies not in personal accumulation but in investing in others.

Hence, the heartbeat of our mission lies in giving back, uplifting, and creating pathways for Native Hawaiians to embrace their heritage with pride and stride confidently into the future.

As we embark on this chapter of our story, we extend an invitation for you to join us in this endeavor. Committed to nurturing cultural understanding, educational empowerment, and sustainable progress, we envision a future where the wisdom of the past illuminates a path of thriving for Native Hawaiians.

The Mana Ka ʻIke A Bruce ʻOhana Foundation transcends mere organizational status – it embodies our love for our roots and dedication to fostering a vibrant tomorrow. We invite you to become part of our narrative and join us in sowing the seeds of legacy for generations to come.
